1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the CoMatch website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. CoMatch is operated by CoMatch, located in Istanbul, Turkey. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CoMatch is a multiplayer game matchmaking advisor that diagnoses co-op friction points and recommends games matched to your team's communication style, skill level, and community fit. The Service includes diagnostic tools, game recommendations, guides, reviews, and educational content designed to help players select multiplayer games that align with their team's needs and preferences.
CoMatch does not operate game servers, facilitate direct player connections, or manage in-game accounts. We provide advisory information and recommendations only. Your actual gameplay experience depends on the game publishers, platforms, and communities you choose to engage with.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Obscene or offensive language or content
- Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
- Scraping, crawling, or automated collection of content without permission
- Impersonating or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Posting or distributing spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the CoMatch website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of CoMatch or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, information, or services obtained from the Service without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the content on your device in the normal course of using the Service.
References to third-party games, platforms, publishers, and communities are for informational purposes. CoMatch does not own or control those properties. Game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
5. User-Generated Content
If the Service permits you to submit comments, feedback, reviews, or other user-generated content, you retain ownership of that content. However, by submitting such content, you grant CoMatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the Service and CoMatch's business.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with all applicable laws. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise harmful.
6. Disclaimers
No Warranty. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. CoMatch makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of content.
Game Recommendations Are Advisory Only. CoMatch provides recommendations and diagnostic guidance based on the information you provide and our analysis of game attributes. We do not guarantee that any recommended game will meet your expectations, resolve team friction, or provide a positive experience. Actual gameplay outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including the specific players in your team, server conditions, game updates, community behavior, and individual preferences.
Third-Party Content and Services. The Service may contain links to third-party websites, games, platforms, and services. CoMatch does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
No Professional Advice. The Service is for informational and advisory purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional gaming coaching, mental health support, or other professional services. If you experience persistent team conflict or mental health concerns, please seek appropriate professional assistance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CoMatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if CoMatch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall CoMatch's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid to CoMatch in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, fifty Turkish Lira (₺50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, CoMatch's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoMatch and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
9. Changes to Terms
CoMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
10. Termination
CoMatch may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoMatch regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
